Mark as Useful Calling saying they are filing a court document and gave reference # starting with MD which is the state I live in. Called back, no answer got a vague message not stating company name or any info just leave my info. Called my moms house too.

Mark as Useful Has called 10 times in last 3 days at different times. Morning noon and night including tonight at 11:03 pm.
When we answer no one is there . We now let the machine pick it up. Whoever they are they do not leave a message.

Mark as Useful Answering the call, after a few clicks, the party never answers and the phone finally goes dead. This number calls almost daily. I have even tried to call the number with the same results as above. It is very annoying to get calls that never answer to verify or confirm that it is legitimate.

Mark as Useful received a call from a heavy accent male stating that i need to call them or i need to get an attorney. he said they are filing charges against me. i called them back and talked to a female stating that a paydayloan company says that i never paid their loan. the loan was $300. they have all my information, bank account, employer and ssn. i told them i never done this. they said that if i dont take care of it they will send me to court and that i would lose my job, they even said that the sheriff will come knocking on my door if i dont pay it. they will also call my employer. they even call one of my friends. im sure they got all my information from when i filled out one of those pay day loan sites.
